What should I wear for my massage?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. During your session, you’ll be properly draped with a sheet at all times; only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Many clients disrobe fully, while others remain partially clothed. I will wash my hands for 2–3 minutes while you get comfortable. I'll ask if you're ready before I reenter.

What should I have ready before you arrive?

I’ll bring the massage table, linens, and professional supplies. You’ll need a quiet, comfortable space with room for the table and a nearby electrical outlet if available (and a washroom to wash my hands). I arrive about 10 minutes prior to greet you and set up.

How will my massage be customized for me?

Every session is tailored to your needs. Whether seeking relaxation, relief from muscle tension, recovery, or therapeutic work, your treatment will be personalized to support your goals.

How do I pay for my appointment?

Payment is processed securely through Square. An invoice will be sent to your phone via text to complete payment online. Travel fees are included in the price. You have the option to add a gratuity to the invoice if would like.
